This is where it all begins. You’ll fill out our inquiry form and tell us a bit about your project, style, and goals. From there, we’ll schedule a quick call to chat more about your needs, explain how we work, and determine which service is the best fit for you. It’s low-pressure and all about finding the right design solution for your home.
The kick-off that sets the tone.
We’ll meet in person (or virtually for e-design clients) to walk through your space, ask the right questions, and gather all the details we need to bring your vision to life. This is where we take measurements, photos, and talk through functionality, wish lists, and what matters most to you. It’s collaborative, insightful, and a major part of our foundation.
Time to bring the vision to life.
This is the behind-the-scenes magic—where we create your custom design plan! From mood boards and floor plans to curated furnishings, finishes, and materials, we thoughtfully pull it all together. You’ll receive a full presentation (either digitally or in person) with all the visual tools you need to confidently say “yes, this is it!”
Let’s make it real.
Once the design is approved, we get to work ordering and managing all the details—products, timelines, contractor coordination, and more. For full-service projects, we handle the behind-the-scenes logistics to make the process smooth and stress-free while keeping you updated every step of the way.
The best part—reveal day!
Once everything arrives and construction wraps up (if applicable), we schedule your final install day. We’ll place furniture, hang drapes, fluff pillows, style shelves, and add those special finishing touches that truly make a house feel like home. You walk into a fully transformed space—and we do a happy dance together!
