Privacy Policy (Last updated: October 1, 2025)
This Privacy Policy explains how The Peachy Home Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit peachyhomeco.com (the “Site”), contact us, or otherwise interact with our services. This Policy applies to visitors in the United States. We do not target or knowingly serve individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you have questions, contact us at madi@peachyhomeco.com

1) Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: (a) you provide it directly; (b) it’s collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies; and (c) from third parties (like advertising partners).

a) Information you provide

  • Contact details (name, email, phone)

  • Project/service inquiries and messages

  • Order and payment details (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers)

  • Account details if you create an account (e.g., username, password)

  • Preferences (design interests, communication choices)

b) Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers (including Google) automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information (IP address, user agent, device identifiers)

  • Usage data (pages viewed, time on page, clicks, referring/exit pages)

  • Approximate location (city/state) derived from IP address

  • Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies

c) Information from third parties

  • Advertising partners and platforms (e.g., Google Ads/YouTube) may provide aggregated campaign performance data and ad interaction information.

  • Social media platforms if you interact with our content or use social signup.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (e.g., precise geolocation, health, biometric, or similar categories).

2) How we use information
We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our services

  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support

  • Personalize content and recommendations

  • Analyze Site performance and understand how visitors use our Site

  • Market our services, including through Google Ads and similar platforms

  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, or misuse

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3) Cookies and similar technologies
We use first- and third-party cookies, pixels, tags, and SDKs to operate the Site, measure traffic, and deliver/measure ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may limit some features.

4) Google technologies we use

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use GA4 to understand how visitors use our Site. GA4 may set cookies or read device identifiers to measure sessions, pages, and events. We have enabled appropriate data controls offered by Google. You can opt out by:

  • Using our Your Privacy Choices controls (see Section 7), and/or

  • Installing Google’s opt-out tools in your browser (if available), and/or

  • Adjusting your ad settings in your Google account.

- Google Ads / Remarketing
We use Google Ads to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to display ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can control this activity via Your Privacy Choices (Section 7), your browser, and Google’s ad settings.

We may use Google’s Restricted Data Processing and state privacy mode features where applicable and honor valid opt-out signals (see Section 7).

5) How we share information
We share personal information with:

  • Service providers (hosting, analytics, payment processing, customer support, email/SMS, ad platforms) under contracts that limit their use to providing services to us.

  • Advertising/marketing partners (e.g., Google Ads) to deliver and measure ads, subject to your choices.

  • Professional advisors (lawyers, accountants) and authorities if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

  • Business transfers: if we explore or complete a merger, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. However, some U.S. state laws define “sale” or “share” to include disclosure of identifiers and internet activity to third-party ad partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where that definition applies, our use of Google Ads/remarketing may be considered a “sale” or “share.” You can opt out—see Section 7.

6) Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Your privacy choices (U.S. state laws)
Depending on your state (e.g., CA, CO, CT, DE, MT, NJ, OR, TX, UT, VA), you may have rights such as:

  • Opt-out of sale or sharing / targeted advertising

  • Access and delete your personal information

  • Correct inaccuracies

  • Portability of your data

  • Appeal if we deny your request (where applicable)

  • Non-discrimination for exercising your rights

How to exercise your rights

  • Opt-out of sale/share/targeted ads: Use "Do Not Sell My Information" link in the footer below. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required—if your browser sends a valid GPC, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sale/share for that browser.

  • Access, delete, correct, or appeal: Email madi@peachyhomeco.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Provide your name, state of residence, and enough detail for us to locate your records. We may need to verify your identity (e.g., by email confirmation or additional details). Authorized agents may submit requests where state law permits, subject to verification.

California disclosures: We provide the categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, and disclosures in Sections 1–5. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a “right to limit.” We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

8) Children’s privacy
Our Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9) Third-party links and features
Our Site may link to third-party websites or include third-party integrations (e.g., embedded maps, social media). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies for details.

10) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes took effect. Material changes will be noted on this page.
